As a  Caregiver , you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.  You will love being a part of our talented and passionate team where you will feel valued and appreciated while dedicated to making our residents feel right at home. 

Position Type: Part-Time

Available Shifts (including every other weekend):
Days - 7:00am to 3:00pm 
Evenings - 3:00pm to 11:00pm 

Pay: $20.00 - $24.38 / hour depending on experience.

Address: 13401 Lake Street Extension, Minnetonka, Minnesota 55305 Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aide in programming and activities with residents.
• Monitor the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
• Prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Needs to have at least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver (Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA))
• Experience with medication passing is preferred.
• We are willing to train the right candidate on medication administration.
• A passion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital.
• Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors.

This communal home setting provides a natural, home-like setting to encourage engagement and reduces isolation among residents.
