Our client, a leading healthcare organization headquartered in Philadelphia, is seeking a skilled CloudSuite Administrator to support and optimize their core Infor CloudSuite environments. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must reside in EST or CST time zones to align with operational needs.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to CloudSuite expert owning system performance, integrations, security, automation, and day-to-day administration within a healthcare setting. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, business operations, and clinical teams to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance across the CloudSuite ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

As a CloudSuite Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on operation and health of the organization’s CloudSuite environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Running and monitoring Async, CloudSuite’s background job engine, to ensure clean, timely processing across modules.
• Managing Infor ION, including workflows, integrations, and overall ION grid health.
• Maintaining CloudSuite security, including roles, permissions, and UI Access Control configurations.
• Administering APIs and system integrations with various hospital and clinical systems.
• Supporting the Administration Console, monitoring environment performance, and maintaining system stability.
• Maintaining the Process Server, ensuring workflows and automation processes run smoothly.
• Handling Effective Dated Requests (EDR) and maintaining related configuration and approvals.
• (Optional but highly valuable): Administering Workforce Management (WFM) for scheduling, timekeeping, and labor-related processes.

What Makes a Strong Candidate

We’re looking for someone with hands-on CloudSuite expertise specifically across security, integrations, Async/ION, and system administration. Experience within healthcare environments is a strong plus, especially supporting HR, Financials, Supply Chain, or clinical integrations
