EVENTS MANAGER (PRODUCER)

Ken Fulk Inc is seeking an Events Manager (Producer) with a minimum of 6 years experience in events and production.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required 
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience in event planning and coordination is required 
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a complex, highly demanding, and fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and a high proficiency in Excel is essential 
• Knowledge of design, fashion, and fine arts is desired
• Food & Beverage and Hospitality experience is desired
• Able to work a typical events schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed

ROLE

• Responsible for supporting the Events Director and events team with the implementation of events 
• Manage event design and production
• Coordinate and work closely with the internal design team (floral, branding, stylists, and interior architects and designers)
• Coordinate with various vendors and consultants
• Collaborate with events and branding teams to prepare invitations and collateral materials
• Research and reach out to vendors for quotes and pricing 
• Manage tracking event costs and monitoring overall events budget
• Manage operational elements of events 
• Manage and update invitation, mailing, and VIP lists
• Manage event RSVPs

COMPENSATION

Position is full time and based in San Francisco.

Compensation is $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience level.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 

Schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed

Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the company, and may include holidays
