Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant – AI Technology Firm (6-Month Contract)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Our client, a growing AI technology firm based in Boston, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two newly appointed C-suite executives. This role will be a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership during a critical phase of growth. The Executive Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and advancing the company’s mission.

Compensation : $35-45/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for two C-suite executives.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, briefing notes, and agendas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with email and communication management, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executives when appropriate.
  • Support special projects, including research, documentation, and coordination across departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using calendar tools, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a startup or technology environment is a plus.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension).
  • Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid / Remote flexibility).
  • Reports to: C-suite executives directly.
