Job Description

Our client, a private real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to support the office of the CEO. This role works closely with a Senior EA and the CEO. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a stable and collaborative organization. The role requires an onsite presence daily in Beverly Hills.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage executive calendars, email, and phone communications
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams
  • Collaborate with leadership and take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and polish in all deliverables
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and messages
  • Provide general administrative and personal support to executives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortability working with different leadership styles and personalities
