Job Description

Independently set up, troubleshoot and operate Kammann, K-15 screen printing presses to print varioius shapes of glass bottles. Must have extensive screen printing knowledge to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers between jobs, adjusting screens, inks, and tooling as needed.
• Troubleshoot print issues to maintain consistent print quality and minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure print meet specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to create programs on servo presses for new projects.
• Experience: Screen printing for 3-5 years on servo driven presses (preferably Kammann K-15 or Fermac).
• Full experience required with all machine controls to optimize print.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in screen printing on containers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with thermoplastic ceramic and UV inks.
• Experience printing on glass.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs.
• Day Shift

Willing to relocate a print specialist.
