RushOrderTees is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel companies in the country, helping individuals, teams, creators, and businesses bring their ideas to life—fast. We’re now looking for a Head of Ad Creation to lead the development of high-impact commercials and social media content across all major platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the concepting, scripting, and production of brand commercials for digital, broadcast, and streaming platforms
• Create high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels
• Own the full creative process—from idea to shoot to final edit
• Manage and mentor a growing team of creators, editors, and production support
• Direct on-site production in our Philadelphia facility, including filming equipment, sets, and talent
• Work closely with Marketing, Social, and E-Commerce teams to align messaging and goals
• Test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance metrics
• Maintain brand voice and elevate the overall creative direction of our advertising

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in video production, ad creation, or content development
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercials, ads, or high-performing social content
• Ability to lead creative direction and manage multiple projects at once
• Hands-on experience filming, editing, and producing content
• Deep understanding of storytelling, branding, and platform-specific creative
• Experience directing people on camera—both talent and internal staff
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, high-energy production environment

Bonus Skills

• Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or product-based advertising
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Familiarity with paid social creative strategies
• Background in copywriting or scriptwriting

Work Environment
