This is a very unique sales position. While we offer a base salary plus commissions , the true legacy play is income made on everyone you help recruit in perpetuity (as long as they are working with our company.)

Position offers the possibility of being remote after a 90-day training period.

Compensation:

$100,000+ total salary, commission, and bonus

Responsibilities:

Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews
Experience in building a sales team would be of value

Qualifications:

Great phone voice and attitude
Works well independently and is a great team member
Strong work ethic and great money motivation
