OTR Freight Solutions is a logistics company based in Scottsdale, Arizona that offers a fast-paced, challenging, fun, and motivating work environment. We are looking for an organized, self motivated and professional individual to join our team at OTR Freight Solutions. Industry knowledge is preferred but not required in this position as you will aid in day-to-day operations and will maintain current customer accounts.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Maintain client satisfaction with existing accounts by staying up-to-date with industry knowledge (rates, carriers, load capacities, equipment, etc.) to be both profitable and competitive
-Collaborate with team members to maintain accounts
-Maintain the integrity, goals, and procedures of OTR Freight Solutions
- Ability to learn the required software to maintain accounts
-Communicate with customers and carriers to maintain strong relationships
-Manage a current book of business of an existing customer
Preferred Requirements :
- A college degree or equivalent
- Customer service experience
