Were seeking a Maintenance Technician I who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician I | **Req ID:** 14723 | **HR Contact:** Sheena WATSON | **Location:** Duro-Last Dallas TX **ABOUT THE ROLE** Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a **Maintenance Technician** at their facility in **Dallas, Texas** . The ideal candidate will have industrial plant maintenance or electrical experience. Candidate will also be mechanically inclined as well as have the initiative to be able to work both as a team and individually. **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment. + Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned. + Troubleshoot and repair machinery. + Maintain facility and associated equipment. + Work with maintenance vendors. + Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. + Complete and submit company purchase requisitions. + Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning. + Ensure all machinery follows federal, state, and company safety standards. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** + 3-5 years industrial plant maintenance and electrical experience is highly desired. + Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step-by-step instructions. + Must have experience with Industrial Controls. + Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting & operating machinery. + Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication. + Excellent safety and attendance record. + Must be able to work overtime when required. + Self-motivated and be able to multi-task. + High attention to detail and be exceptionally organized. + Must have initiative and be able to work in a team and individually. **WHAT WE OFFER** + Competitive salary + Retirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savings + Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance + Holistic Health & Well-being programs + Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) + Paid time off + 12 paid holidays + Paid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity) + Educational Assistance Program + Bonus Incentive \#DUROLAST **Schedule: M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm** **Amrize is an equal opportunity employer.
