Overview The Guest & Patient Services Attendant greets and assists patients and visitors. Develops and maintains excellent public relations and customer service. Assists customers with mobility issues when entering or exiting their vehicles. Qualifications Work Experience: Customer service Responsibilities Assists customers with mobility issues when entering or exiting their vehicles.Completes incident reports on injuries and helps care for injured.Facilitates smooth flow of traffic at entrances of the Medical Office Building.Provides assistance to patients and visitors at the entryway of the Outpatient Services Builiding. Provides assistance to patients with mobility issues when entering or existing the building. Directs patients and visitors to areas within the building. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
