Job Description

As the part-time Receptionist, you will be providing crucial support to a busy team in their DC office. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. This role is perfect for someone looking to improve their administrative skills in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front office coverage, answering main line phones for the organization.
  • Distribute incoming messages to multiple departments and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors to the office.
  • Manage internal conference and meeting room reservation system.
  • Assist Human Resources and Accounting departments with administrative tasks as needed.
