Pharmaceutical Production Manager

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a supervisory position in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant manufacturing environment.
• Understands and is knowledgeable of cGMP, OSHA standards etc.
• Oversee daily production operations in compliance with GMP and CGMP standards.
• ERP
• Enforce GMP’s
• Create and maintain SOP’s
• Demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant Safety goals in a continuous improvement process.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends before and after schedule as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Inventory management
• Budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, cost controls, and human resource.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, FDA, OSHA) and ensure training and processes are aligned with these standards.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Outstanding communication ability.
