**What You Will Do** + Execute reliability improvement projects for similar equipment across the Clarios + Conduct Root Cause Analysis for significant breakdown of similar equipment across the network + Support the creation/improvement of technical specifications of maintenance work (BAE & TAE) + Train shop floor personnel on Reliability Tools (Predictive Maintenance, Lubrication, etc.) **How You Will Do It** + Facilitation of learning workshops + Leading/Managing external vendors + Hands-on training **What We Look For** + Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university. + Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. + Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week.
