Role: Senior Plumbing Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 DOE + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Location: Tampa, FL

Are you a seasoned leader who can guide project teams to success? Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Project Manager to oversee high-profile construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who can balance project execution, customer service, and quality assurance while driving long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring financial goals and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Mentor and support project managers, assistant project managers, and engineers
• Supervise plumbing field supervisors, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Oversee budgeting, materials, scheduling, and production for assigned projects
• Coordinate resources to meet critical project milestones
• Serve as the main liaison with clients and project teams, managing scope changes, resolving issues, and tracking progress
• Ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and operational standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with a Plumbing/Mechanical contractor
• In-depth knowledge of Plumbing and Hydronic Piping systems for large-scale, high-rise, multi-family, and/or commercial projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle, Accubid, or similar software preferred
• Experience managing remote projects is a plus
