What Will You Do?
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, including cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
Understand customer needs and clearly articulate how our solutions address them.
Research and identify organizations that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Proactively set qualified meetings with top-target accounts.
Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries.
Lead Qualification
Engage prospects to uncover pain points, priorities, and business needs.
Use qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
Pass high-quality, sales-ready leads to Account Executives with complete context.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate activity logs, notes, and lead status in HubSpot.
Ensure lead and account data remains clean for forecasting and reporting.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales for smooth handoff and alignment on ICP targets.
Provide Marketing with feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
Share insights from prospect conversations to improve messaging and targeting.
What Will You Need?
13 years of outbound SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or software sales; open to strong entry-level candidates.
Strong cold-calling presence and comfort engaging prospects proactively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building instincts.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand customer needs and articulate value effectively.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
