Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is urgently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Supervisor to lead and support our growing Occupational Therapy Assistant team across Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
This salaried leadership role ($95,000 -$110,000) oversees four full-time OTAs, ensures high-quality pediatric care, and provides both clinical and operational support to a thriving caseload.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and develop 4 full-time OTAs
Complete monthly supervisory visits and ongoing mentorship
Maintain 5–10 personal client visits per week
Provide coverage for PTO, family requests, low caseloads, and new referrals
Build caseloads for new hires and upcoming assistants
Complete documentation, LMNs, HEPs, and equipment evals within required timelines
Train and onboard new clinicians, competency checks, and co-evals
Participate in discipline meetings, CEUs, and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
Colorado-licensed Occupational Therapist
Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
Confident clinical leader who thrives in a supportive team culture
Ability to travel frequently between Colorado Springs and Pueblo
Passion for elevating care for children and supporting clinician growth
